Deer Valley

Our office recently filed a rezoning request (case no. Z-112-24) for the site, which is approximately 5.0-acres and at the northwest corner of Deer Valley Road and 30th Avenue (see map). The address is 3014 W Deer Valley Road and consists of parcel APN: 206-04-015A.
The request is to rezone the site from R-4A (Approved CP/GCP) to PUD with modified R-4A development standards to allow for the development of a new multifamily residential development. This new multifamily community will provide much needed housing for the area and the City and bring a beautiful community to a vacant underutilized property.
The community developer will be ROERS Companies. ROERS is a multifamily developer that brings with it an in-house development and construction team along with property management. They are the type of owner that builds and holds their properties for the long-term, which helps ensure consistency in ownership and that their properties are well kept over time.
It is important to our team to design a project that fits into the existing fabric of the community.
