The RV development is being located on land that is less desirable for commercial development because it does not have the preferred commercial street frontage and visibility that these commercial PAD buildings will have.
The seller of the land being purchased for the RV storage is working on securing purchasers for the commercial PAD sites along Hunt Highway. The uses are likewise conceptual (except for the convenience store, which is already confirmed).
