Brian Vaccaro
Planner

Brian Vaccaro received his undergraduate degree in Urban Planning from Arizona State University, where he graduated Summa Cum Laude.  He began his career with the City of Phoenix’s Planning Department, where he worked for four years specializing in zoning and land use matters.  He then moved into the private sector as a planning consultant where he assisted clients in obtaining various zoning entitlements, site plan approvals, and building permits.  Prior to joining Earl & Curley, Brian had a successful sales career in Educational Publishing, where he honed his skills of advocacy, negotiation, and problem solving.  The business skills obtained in that position, together with his prior experience as a planner in the public and private sector, have given Brian a unique set of skills to effectively represent the clients of Earl & Curley.

Brian has extensive experience in property due diligence, preparation of zoning documents, drafting of public review documents, neighborhood outreach, project management, public speaking, variances, use permits, site plan approvals, and other land use matters.

Brian and his wife have three children.  When not attending or coaching his children’s sporting events, Brian enjoys golfing, bike rides, and landscape and architectural photography.
